4.3 You are solely responsible for ensuring that all account information remains accurate and up to date. Changes to personal details, including mobile number, email address, or residential address, must be reported to pt999 support promptly. Providing false or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.
4.4 pt999 reserves the right to refuse account registration at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons to the applicant.
4.5 Account registration and use are personal to the registered account holder. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or in any way alienate your account to any third party.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pt999 account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-step verification codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
5.2 pt999 will never contact you by SMS, WhatsApp, email, or any other channel to request your account password or full login credentials. Any communication claiming to be from pt999 and requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to pt999 support immediately.
5.3 You agree to notify pt999 support immediately via Live Chat if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. pt999 will investigate the report and may temporarily suspend the account pending the outcome of that investigation.
5.4 pt999 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security, including but not limited to sharing your password, using an easily guessed password, or accessing the platform from shared or public devices without logging out.
5.5 You are recommended to enable two-step verification on your pt999 account. Instructions for doing so are available within your account security settings.
Pakistan-friendly payments: pt999 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, and major international card schemes. All balances are maintained and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
6.1 The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 per transaction. pt999 reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits on individual accounts as required by responsible gaming obligations or risk management policy.
6.2 All funds deposited to your pt999 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. In the case of bank transfers, confirmation may take up to 24 hours depending on the sending institution's processing times.
6.5 Deposited funds that have not been subjected to any betting activity may not be eligible for withdrawal via certain payment methods under anti-money laundering procedures. In such cases, pt999 may request documentary evidence of the source of funds.
7.1 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000 per transaction. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used for a prior deposit and that is registered in the same name as the pt999 account holder.

8.4 Wagering requirements on welcome bonuses are calculated on the combined value of deposit and bonus unless otherwise stated. In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Live odds update in real time and the odds accepted by the player are those displayed at the moment of bet confirmation, not the odds displayed at the moment the bet slip was opened. Network delays that result in a bet being confirmed at different odds to those at the time the player submitted the bet are the player's risk.
For Pakistan Super League and other cricket betting markets, pt999's specific cricket betting rules govern the settlement of all markets. Ball-by-ball markets are settled immediately upon the completion of each delivery. In the event of match suspension, abandonment, or interruption, markets will be settled in accordance with pt999's published cricket settlement rules, which are available within the sportsbook section of the platform.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pt999 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of balances:

15.1 pt999 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, that fraudulent or illegal activity has occurred, that the account poses a regulatory or financial risk to the platform, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
15.2 Where an account is suspended, pt999 will notify the account holder via the registered contact details as soon as practicable and will provide an opportunity to respond where the suspension is under investigation rather than a confirmed breach.
15.3 Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, any Real Money balance remaining after deduction of voided bonuses and disputed amounts will be returned to the player via their last verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any ongoing investigations or legal holds.
